Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may initiate a return process within 24 hours of your purchase date. We are here to assist you in addressing your concerns and recommending alternative products that may better suit your needs.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. Returns must be postmarked within 24 hours from the date you received the products.
2. Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. A copy of your receipt from MyGlow Secret Ltd must be included in the return.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are not covered by MyGlow Secret Ltd. You may choose your preferred courier service for the return, but ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will promptly acknowledge their arrival and inspect the products for any damage or signs of use. Please note that for unsealed products, we cannot accept returns, as we offer testers for our clients to try before making a purchase.

If your return is approved:                                                                        

• You will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.
• Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Skin Irritation Disclaimer: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. While we stand by the quality of the products we sell, certain ingredients, such as Retinol, may cause irritation to very sensitive skin.
